Privacy Policy

Panther does not connect to your wallet or brokerage, and we never ask for your keys or access to your trading funds. We collect what we need to run your account and your strategies, analytics only run if you allow them, and we do not sell your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how Solomon Systems LLC (“Solomon Systems,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Panther, the strategy engine at v2.getpanther.app, and this website (together, the “Service”). It should be read with our Terms of Service. The legacy Panther prediction-market terminal has its own separate privacy policy.
Information We Collect
- Account information — your email address and the username you choose. If you sign in with Google, we may receive, through our authentication provider Descope, your name, email address, and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.
- Your strategies and activity — the strategies you build or import, their versions and settings, backtests and paper-trading sessions you run, and the simulated orders, positions, and results they produce.
- AI copilot inputs — the prompts you write to the copilot, the copilot’s responses, and which proposals you accept, along with the strategy and market context needed to answer.
- Billing information — if you buy a paid plan or credit pack, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details. We receive your plan, billing status, purchase history, and may receive limited payment information (such as card brand, last four digits, and expiration date), never your full card number.
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device type, and server logs, including signals our sign-in provider uses to prevent fraud; and, if you allow analytics cookies, product-usage events and error reports (which may include the page and app state where an error occurred) collected through PostHog.
- Communications — what you send us when you email us, contact sales, or give feedback.
We collect this information from you, automatically from your browser or device, from Google through Descope if you use Google sign-in, and from Stripe. We do not collect wallet addresses, private keys, brokerage or exchange credentials, government ID, or other identity-verification documents, and we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by U.S. state privacy laws.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and secure your account; to run your strategies, backtests, and paper-trading sessions; to provide the AI copilot and meter AI credits; to process payments and manage your plan; to communicate with you about the Service, including service and security notices; to understand how the Service is used and fix problems; to detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with the law and enforce our Terms.
With your permission or as the law allows, we may also send you product updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email; service and security notices are not optional.
AI. Our AI providers process copilot requests as our service providers and, under their terms with us, do not use them to train their models; they may keep requests for a limited time for safety and abuse monitoring. We may review copilot conversations to debug, prevent abuse, and improve the copilot. We do not use your strategies or copilot conversations to train our own AI models; if that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
How We Share Your Information
We share information:
- with service providers who process it on our behalf, including authentication (Descope), analytics (PostHog), AI model providers (such as Anthropic), payment processing (Stripe), and cloud hosting. We do not include your email address or account credentials in copilot requests, but anything you type into a prompt or strategy is sent as written;
- with other users, only for strategies, track records, or profile details you choose to publish;
- for legal reasons — to comply with law or legal process, enforce our Terms, or protect our rights, users, or safety; and
- in a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your email and Google accounts secure, since they are how you sign in.
Data Retention
- Account information, strategies, and copilot conversations — while your account is open, and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete your account.
- Analytics and error data — up to 24 months.
- Billing records — 7 years, for tax and accounting purposes.
- Backups — roll off within 35 days.
We may keep information longer where the law requires it or to resolve disputes, and we may keep de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you.
International Users
We are based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
EEA and UK users. Solomon Systems LLC is the controller of your personal data. We rely on these legal bases: contract (your account, strategies, copilot, and billing); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and service communications); consent (analytics cookies); and legal obligation. When we transfer your data outside the EEA or UK, we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum. In addition to the rights below, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, through Cookie Preferences), and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other U.S. states, and the EEA and UK), you may have the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and significant profiling. As described above, we do none of those things.
To make a request, email admin@getpanther.app from your account email. We will verify your identity by confirming control of that email and respond within 45 days, or longer where the law allows. An authorized agent may submit a request with your signed permission, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying with “Appeal” in the subject line; we will respond within the time the law requires, and if you are not satisfied you may contact your state attorney general. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Contact us at admin@getpanther.app if you believe a child has provided us information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify you by email or in the Service. If a change materially expands how we use personal information we have already collected, we will ask for your consent before applying it to that information.
